No order is confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.

Before Payment

You may leave the checkout or payment process at any time before payment is successfully completed. If payment has not been completed, no paid order is created.

After Successful Payment

FTG Stories sells digital products, including story PDFs and custom story orders. After successful payment, your order may move into manual preparation and delivery.

If you wish to cancel after payment but before the PDF has been sent, contact us as soon as possible. We will review whether fulfilment has already started or the digital file has already been delivered.

Payment confirmedYour order enters the manual fulfilment process.

PDF & invoice preparedDelivery is handled manually, normally within 1–24 hours.

Digital file deliveredOnce the digital content has been sent or made available, the order can no longer be cancelled.

Custom or Personalised Story Orders

Customised stories may begin production after payment confirmation. Once creation has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because work is being performed specifically for your order.
